We love these yummy home made pies from The Sugar Path girls in Geneva!

Today, is National Pi Day (3.14 for those math lovers out there), and what better way to celebrate than to go down to your local bakery and order some yummy pie!

I love all types of pie: banana cream, coconut cream, pecan, peanut butter, apple, cherry, pumpkin, sweet potato…and the list goes on and on!  Something about enjoying a slice of pie reminds me of my childhood and is so comforting, especially with this cold Chicago winter.

Pies are also becoming very popular at weddings.  Mini Pies, Pie Cups, and even whole pies make a great addition to your sweets table.  I mean, who doesn’t like pie!
